Delete your Brain Fitness account
You can permanently delete your account in the app: Brain Fitness → Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Registered users confirm the current password; anonymous users confirm the action. This invalidates sessions and removes current operational account and training records.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@brainfp.com from the email address registered to the account with the subject “Brain Fitness account deletion request”. Include only your registered email and preferred response language. Never send a password, access or refresh token, verification/reset link, puzzle answer, database or device log.
Support will verify that the requester controls the registered email, process the deletion through the approved administrative procedure and confirm completion. Anonymous accounts have no registered email; delete them in the app while the anonymous session remains available.
What is deleted and retained
Delete Account means true deletion of live user-linked data: current account identity, credentials, sessions, settings, gameplay, ratings, progress, workouts, achievements and leaderboard records are removed. No archived or deactivated live account remains as a substitute. Encrypted backup snapshots are not edited individually and expire under the published retention schedule. Permanently de-identified aggregate statistics may remain only when they can no longer reasonably be linked to the user. Records required for security or legal obligations, if any, are limited to the applicable period described in the final Privacy Policy.
حذف حساب Brain Fitness
يمكنك حذف الحساب نهائياً داخل التطبيق: Brain Fitness ← الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والبيانات ← حذف الحساب. يؤكد المستخدم المسجل كلمة المرور الحالية، ويؤكد المستخدم المجهول الإجراء. يؤدي ذلك إلى إبطال الجلسات وحذف سجلات الحساب والتدريب التشغيلية الحالية.
طلب الحذف من دون التطبيق
أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجل في الحساب إلى support@brainfp.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Brain Fitness». أرسل البريد المسجل ولغة الرد المفضلة فقط. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز الجلسة أو روابط التأكيد والاستعادة أو حلول الألغاز أو قاعدة البيانات أو سجل الجهاز.
سيتحقق الدعم من سيطرة مقدم الطلب على البريد المسجل، ثم ينفذ الحذف بالإجراء الإداري المعتمد ويؤكد اكتماله. لا يرتبط الحساب المجهول ببريد؛ احذفه من داخل التطبيق ما دامت جلسته متاحة.
ما الذي يحذف وما الذي يبقى مؤقتاً
يعني حذف الحساب حذفاً حقيقياً للبيانات الحية المرتبطة بالمستخدم: تحذف هوية الحساب وبيانات الدخول والجلسات والإعدادات واللعب والتقييمات والتقدم والتمارين والإنجازات وسجلات الترتيب الحالية. لا يبقى حساب حي مؤرشف أو معطل بديلاً عن الحذف. لا تعدّل لقطات النسخ الاحتياطي المشفرة منفردة، بل تنتهي وفق جدول الاحتفاظ المنشور. قد تبقى إحصاءات مجمعة منزوعة الهوية نهائياً فقط إذا تعذر بصورة معقولة ربطها بالمستخدم. تقتصر أي سجلات مطلوبة للأمان أو القانون على المدة المبينة في سياسة الخصوصية النهائية.
