Account help
Registered users can use password reset. Anonymous recovery is limited to the current device/session until registration.
Delete your account
Open Brain Fitness → Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Registered users confirm their current password; anonymous users confirm explicitly. Current operational data is removed and sessions become invalid. Encrypted backup history ages out under the retention schedule. If the app is unavailable, use the web deletion request.

أرسل إصدار التطبيق والمنصة واللغة ووقت الحدث التقريبي ومعرّف الطلب إن ظهر. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز الجلسة أو رابط التأكيد/الاستعادة أو قاعدة البيانات أو سجل الجهاز الكامل.
مساعدة الحساب
يستخدم المسجل استعادة كلمة المرور. استعادة الحساب المجهول محدودة بالجهاز/الجلسة إلى أن يتم تسجيله.
حذف الحساب
افتح Brain Fitness ← الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والبيانات ← حذف الحساب. يؤكد المسجل كلمة مروره ويؤكد المجهول الحذف صراحة. تحذف البيانات التشغيلية الحالية وتبطل الجلسات، وتزول النسخ المشفرة حسب جدول الاحتفاظ. عند تعذر استخدام التطبيق، استخدم طلب الحذف عبر الويب.
