Scope

Brain Fitness provides puzzle games, Daily Workout and training/performance estimates. It is not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, neurological or IQ service.

Information

Purposes and providers

We use data for account/security, gameplay validation and sync, personalization, progress/ranking, abuse prevention, reliability and support. Current service providers include Hetzner production infrastructure and encrypted Storage Box backup, AtakDNS, Let's Encrypt, and the configured cPanel mail infrastructure. There is no ad or behavioral analytics SDK and no sale to ad networks.

Security and retention

The public API uses HTTPS. Native session secrets use secure storage and off-host backups are client-side encrypted. Access tokens expire after 15 minutes, refresh sessions may last 30 days and email-action tokens expire after 30 minutes and are single-use. Account/training data otherwise remains while the account exists. Backups currently keep 14 daily, 8 weekly and 12 monthly restore points. Operational logs target 30 days, security/audit logs target 90 days, and support correspondence targets 12 months after case closure. Longer retention is limited to a reasonable security investigation, abuse prevention, legal obligation or dispute need. No system promises absolute security.

Access and deletion

My Data provides a bounded current-user JSON view without passwords, tokens, protected answers or another user's data. In-app deletion removes current operational account records in one transaction and invalidates sessions. Private local data is cleared after confirmation. Encrypted snapshots are not edited individually; deleted records age out with snapshot expiry. You may also request deletion on the web without reinstalling the app. No live user account is retained. Permanently de-identified aggregate statistics may remain only where they cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

Audience and contact

الأغراض ومقدمو الخدمة

تستخدم البيانات للحساب والأمان والتحقق من اللعب والمزامنة والتخصيص والتقدم والترتيب ومنع الإساءة والاعتمادية والدعم. يشمل مقدمو الخدمة الحاليون Hetzner للبنية والنسخ المشفرة وAtakDNS وLet's Encrypt وبنية بريد cPanel المهيأة، ولا توجد إعلانات أو تحليلات سلوكية.

الأمان والاحتفاظ

تستخدم الواجهة HTTPS والتخزين الآمن للجلسة ونسخاً خارجية مشفرة. ينتهي رمز الوصول بعد 15 دقيقة، وقد تستمر جلسة التحديث 30 يوماً، وتنتهي رموز البريد بعد 30 دقيقة وتستخدم مرة واحدة. تحتفظ النسخ حالياً بـ14 يومية و8 أسبوعية و12 شهرية. تستهدف سجلات التشغيل 30 يوماً، وسجلات الأمان والتدقيق 90 يوماً، ومراسلات الدعم 12 شهراً بعد إغلاق الحالة، ولا تمدد إلا لحاجة معقولة تتعلق بالأمان أو منع الإساءة أو التزام قانوني أو نزاع.

الوصول والحذف

تعرض «بياناتي» معلومات المستخدم الحالي فقط من دون كلمات مرور أو رموز أو حلول محمية. يحذف الإجراء داخل التطبيق السجلات الحالية ويبطل الجلسات ضمن معاملة واحدة، ثم يمسح البيانات المحلية الخاصة. تزول البيانات من النسخ المشفرة عند انتهاء تلك النسخ. ويمكن أيضاً طلب الحذف عبر الويب من دون إعادة تثبيت التطبيق. لا يبقى حساب مستخدم حي، ولا تبقى إلا إحصاءات مجمعة منزوعة الهوية نهائياً إذا تعذر بصورة معقولة ربطها بك.

الجمهور والتواصل
