Brain Fitness Terms of Use

Service and beta

Brain Fitness provides puzzle games, Daily Workout and progress estimates as a free Android-first beta. Daily Workout is available to Free users. Premium represents Free Play access, but no real billing or store purchase is active. Premium provides no rating bonus, multiplier or purchased rank.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users may begin anonymously or register. Protect credentials/device and report suspected access. Anonymous recovery is device/session bound until registration. Do not attack, overload, scrape for abuse, bypass controls, manipulate results, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Automated access requires written authorization.

Rights and user content

The app, brand, games, curated questions, explanations and graphics are protected. A limited revocable personal beta licence is granted. Users retain their display-name/support content and grant only the rights needed to display or answer it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or sensitive support content.

Training disclaimer

This is a games/training service, not medical care, diagnosis, mental-health or neurological treatment, clinical cognitive assessment or IQ testing. Scores are not diagnoses and no cognitive, educational, health or life outcome is guaranteed.

Availability, deletion and liability

The beta may change, pause, end or contain errors; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. In-app account deletion removes current operational records and invalidates sessions, while encrypted backups age out on schedule. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or waives mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. The competent courts of Baghdad, Iraq have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights. Users should first contact support@brainfp.com and attempt good-faith resolution before litigation. No mandatory arbitration applies. Material changes receive a new revision and notice.

الخدمة والنسخة التجريبية

يقدم Brain Fitness ألعاباً وتمريناً يومياً وتقديرات للتقدم كنسخة تجريبية مجانية لأندرويد. التمرين اليومي متاح للمجاني وPremium صلاحية للعب المباشر من دون فواتير أو مشتريات فعلية، ولا تمنح زيادة أو مضاعفاً للتقييم.

الحساب والاستخدام

يمكن البدء مجهولاً أو التسجيل. احمِ بيانات الدخول والجهاز. استعادة المجهول مرتبطة بالجهاز/الجلسة إلى أن يسجل. يحظر الهجوم أو التحميل المفرط أو تجاوز الضوابط أو التلاعب بالنتائج أو الانتحال أو الاستخدام غير القانوني.

الحقوق والمحتوى

يحمي القانون التطبيق والعلامة والألعاب والأسئلة والشروحات والرسومات. يمنح إذن شخصي محدود قابل للإلغاء للنسخة التجريبية. يبقى الاسم العام ورسالة الدعم للمستخدم مع حق محدود للعرض أو الرد.

إخلاء مسؤولية التدريب

الخدمة للألعاب والتدريب وليست رعاية طبية أو تشخيصاً أو علاجاً نفسياً أو عصبياً أو تقييماً سريرياً أو اختبار ذكاء. النتائج ليست تشخيصاً ولا تضمن نتيجة ذهنية أو تعليمية أو صحية.

التوفر والحذف والمسؤولية

قد تتغير النسخة أو تتوقف أو تحتوي أخطاء ولا يضمن التشغيل المستمر. يحذف إجراء الحساب السجلات الحالية ويبطل الجلسات، وتزول النسخ المشفرة حسب جدولها. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط ولا تقيد ولا تتنازل عن حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية أو أي مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها أو تقييدها أو التنازل عنها.

القانون والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص بها المحاكم المختصة في بغداد، مع الحفاظ على أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك في جهة قضائية أخرى. ينبغي للمستخدم التواصل أولاً مع support@brainfp.com ومحاولة الحل بحسن نية قبل التقاضي. لا يوجد تحكيم إلزامي. المشغل: Khalid Alzamili، بغداد، العراق؛ وهذا تعريف بالمدينة والدولة وليس عنواناً بريدياً كاملاً. يبقى العنوان البريدي/القانوني الكامل OWNER ACTION REQUIRED إذا كان مطلوباً قانوناً. تحصل التغييرات الجوهرية على مراجعة وإشعار.
